The BlackMax Fully Encapsulated Reverse Osmosis Membrane is designed for Vectapure NX systems by Franklin Water Treatment. Unlike conventional filtration methods that can be costly and maintenance-heavy, this membrane uses advanced crossflow filtration technology, which continuously sweeps away impurities, prolonging membrane life and reducing maintenance costs.
How It Works
- Crossflow Filtration: Pressurized feedwater enters a housing containing the RO membrane. The process divides water into two streams:
- Permeate: Clean, purified water
- Concentrate: Reject stream carrying impurities
- Continuous Cleaning: The membrane surface is constantly rinsed, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
