World of Water Sanitization Process for Reusable Bulk Bottles.

At World of Water our objective is to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for reusable water bottles to ensure the health and safety of our clients.

We properly clean and sanitize the exterior and interior of each of our reusable water bottles upon return. Read more about our bulk water bottle sanitization process below.

Our Food-Grade Sanitization Solution

We utilize a food-grade sanitization solution that is approved for use by the Federal Government at a concentration level of 100pm. This solution is used to sanitize the interior of our bottles.
The bottles are placed on a pump that sprays high-pressured water mixed with our food-grade sanitization solution for a minimum of 2-minute contact.

All surface areas of the interior of the bottles are contacted with the cleaning solution, including handles. The bottles are then moved to a secondary pump where our distilled water is utilized to rinse out the interior of the bottles.

The bottles are placed on a drying rack and then tested to ensure no trace of the sanitization solution is present. (The rinse process will be repeated until no presence of the sanitization solution is recorded).

The exterior of our bottles is (lightly) sprayed with our food-grade solution, rinsed, washed with soap/water and then rinsed one final time.

As an extra layer of protection, World of Water also injects ozone into water that provides a residual sanitizer that quickly decomposes to oxygen, leaving nothing remaining in the water

Regular Testing to Ensure Cleanliness

The sanitization solution for cleaning bottles is replaced and tested after every 30 bottles to ensure solution that is fresh and not compromised with dirty water.

Our bottles are then filled with our DewDrop Distilled water and then stored in a clean, dry environment to prevent the growth of mold or bacteria.

Any reusable bottles that contain traces of algae or any other foreign substances are immediately discarded, rather than attempting to sanitize.

***NOTE: DO NOT USE BLEACH OR ANY OTHER HOUSE-HOLD CLEANING PRODUCTS TO SANITIZE THE INTERIOR OF THE BOTTLES. CAN CAUSE SICKNESS AND/OR HARM***

All World of Water locations are inspected at minimum once a year by the Federal Government pursuant to Manitoba Regulation 339/88R.
