No-Contact Delivery

Whether you’re a new World of Water delivery customer or have been receiving delivery from us for years, we want to ensure everyone has access to the “Purest Water Possible” while practicing all appropriate self-distancing measures.

At World of Water we have implemented a No-Touch Delivery Service so that we can continue to deliver DewDrop water in a safe and responsible manner.

Our new delivery guidelines are as followed:

  • All World of Water delivery personnel will be equipped with latex-gloves and a food-grade sanitizer spray (to wipe down carts and door-handles).
  • Until it is deemed safe to do so, we will refrain from entering the homes of any residential customer.
  • We will instruct customers to leave empty water bottles outside their door, and our delivery personnel will place the full bottles in the same spot.
  • Delivery personnel will refrain from acquiring signatures.
  • All invoices, statements and/or credit card receipts will be emailed directly to customer.

The one thing that hasn’t changed through all of this, is the importance of staying properly hydrated. That is why World of Water still offers Same-Day/Next-Day Guaranteed Delivery.
