When picking up water at any of our World of Water locations, you can count on our staff for carry out service to load bottles of water into your car. We are a full service water company and that means offering customers as much as we can so that it is easy to do business with us. For bottled water delivery there are many options as well. For both business and residential customers we can add you to our regular delivery schedule so that you receive your water at a predetermined time weekly, biweekly, monthly or at any other regular interval that works for you.  Our delivery customers enjoy peace of mind knowing that their water will be delivered on schedule and they don’t have to worry about making delivery arrangements to ensure they always have water. We also offer delivery on a call-in basis so that customers can call us when they need water. For call-in customers we can usually provide next day service and in many cases we can have water out on the same day that we receive your call.In combination with our pick-up and delivery services we offer a variety of payment methods. We accept payment by cash or cheque at the time of purchase, and we also offer payment on account options such as monthly billing, as well as payment by credit card or pre-authorized debit. As an added convenience, we offer Pre-Paid cards that can be used to pre-purchase 10 bottles of water. Once customer’s have a Pre-Paid card, they can drop into their neighborhood World of Water, pick-up water, have their Pre-Paid card stamped, and be on their way in mere minutes.

Cooler Maintenance Services

With respect to bottled water, the water is only as pure as the equipment that is used to dispense it. If our 99.9% pure Dewdrop® water is dispensed through a filthy water cooler, the purity and taste of the water are compromised. Unlike many bottled water companies, World of Water considers Water Cooler Cleaning to be an important service in order to ensure that our customers are drinking The Purest Water Possible. Our delivery drivers are equipped with cleaning products that allow them to perform some cleaning maintenance during their delivery visits, but it is extremely important that your water cooler is cleaned at least once a year to keep it in pristine condition. World of Water service technicians can perform on-site cooler cleaning and sanitizing to maintain the cleanliness of your water cooler, however our 25 Point Cooler Sanitization Program is the best way to have your water cooler cleaned and sanitized. Once the Cooler Sanitization Program has been booked by calling your neighborhood World of Water store, we arrive at your location with a replacement water cooler so that you are never without a cooler while yours is being cleaned and sanitized. Your cooler is taken back to the World of Water store where it is disassembled and all parts thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before reassembly. The clean cooler is then returned to the customer and the replacement cooler is picked up. Having your water cooler cleaned by World of Water is quick and convenient and with regular cleanings you can be confident that you are always drinking The Purest Water Possible.

We understand that our loyal customers get used to drinking the pure water that is supplied by World of Water. With that in mind, we know how frustrating it can be for our customers when their cooler is not working properly. We use quality, Canadian Made water coolers to keep repair situations to a minimum but inevitably there are still instances where our coolers require repairs. In order to keep customer inconvenience to a minimum our delivery personnel carry many repair parts with them and they can address minor repairs during their delivery visits. For larger repair jobs, many can be completed at your local World of Water store, or through our local suppliers, so there is no need to ship your cooler away for an extended period. During repair situations, we are happy to supply our customers with a replacement cooler so that they are always able to enjoy Dewdrop® water.
